MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1959. Stopped in 1963 after 228 issues, but continued in larger formats from 1965 to 1966 (7 issues) and in 1977 (7 issues).

This strip format series contains continued action stories from an African jungle, where the Tarzan-like main character Akim constantly battles villainous individuals and hostile animals.
