MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1986*. Stopped in 1989 after 50 issues.

The title character is David 'Davy' Nelson III, who is an expert fighter pilot. After his father's assasination he goes after the villains who are partly the same that his father tried to neutralize several years before. Also, Nelson III battles other criminals such as corporate villains, dictators, and pirates.

* The first series was published from 1945 to 1953 (89 issues) and starred David 'Davy' Nelson II as the first Airboy. In the series on this page his son has taken over.
